McCarthy Fuels & Propane offers several convenient payment options for our customers. You can make payments through online or telephone banking, call in with your credit card number, or pay directly at your bank. If making payment through online banking please ensure to select McCarthy Propane Inc. for any propane payments or McCarthy Fuels (Killaloe) for any fuel invoices. Please note that we do not accept e-transfers at this time.

For extra convenience, you can opt for a tank monitor. It's provided at no charge, with a monitoring fee of $49.95 per year. This lets our office and dispatch team see your tank percentage and automatically schedule refills. We can also share a link with you so you can monitor your tank levels from anywhere.

McCarthy Propane offers a locked-in rate each year to help customers manage their heating costs with confidence and predictability. To take advantage of this rate, customers are responsible for contacting our office at the beginning of September to inquire about the current year’s pricing and to confirm their participation. This annual locked-in rate provides peace of mind throughout the heating season.
